80% of my meals are cooked in this one pan!

Caraway Nonstick Ceramic Sauté Pan with Lid (4.5 qt, 11.8") - Non Toxic, PTFE & PFOA Free - Oven Safe & Compatible with All Stovetops (Gas, Electric & Induction)

As part of our "green living" journey, I ditched the gas stove and went for an induction cooktop—only to find out none of my pans worked! It turned into the perfect opportunity to invest in a healthier, long-lasting option, and after tons of research, we landed on a ceramic skillet. Now, it’s the only pan we use! It heats evenly, holds big portions, and clean-up is a breeze. It is worth every penny.  Just be sure to keep the heat at medium or lower. Love, love, love this pan!
