INGREDIENTS
▢ 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
▢ 2 tbsp Tahini paste
▢ 4 tbsp lemon juice
▢ 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
▢ 3 tbs finely minced shallots or scallions
▢ 1/2 tsp Penzey’s garlic powder
▢ 1/2 tsp Penzey’s onion powder
▢ 1/4 cup of water
▢ sea salt to taste
▢ freshly ground black pepper to taste
METHOD
Add all of the ingredients except sea salt and black pepper into a small jar and shake. If more water is needed, may add up to another 1/4 cup of water to achieve desired consistency.
The dressing can be made in a high speed blender as well.
Add the sea salt and black pepper to taste after mixing.
Note: Dijon mustard can be salty, so salt amount may vary - salt to your taste. Dressing will keep in refrigerator for a few days to enjoy.
